Dây nhảy mạng Cat5e hay còn gọi là Patch cord cat5e là sợi dây mạng Cat5e được bấm, hàn, đúc sẵn 2 đầu. Dây nhảy Cat5e 5m được sử dụng để kết nối, đấu dây nhảy giữa Patch panel và switch, switch đến các thiết bị cũng như từ ổ cắm mạng ra các thiết bị ngoại vi.
